Santa's Grotto Q&A
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
Why is the grotto £15.50
We have been able to keep our grotto ticket price at 2023 prices (£15.50) this year. As we believe that the time, hard work, material's that has gone in to building the grotto and from customer feedback this is a fair price. Despite considerable price rises and inflationary pressures from wages, electricity bills, materials and gifts. We have absorbed some of these costs ourselves. By absorbing some of the additional costs ourselves we believe we are offering excellent value for money in a safe environment. Whilst we appreciate some customers may not wish to pay this price and choose not to see Santa this year, we thought it better to allow those who want to see the Santa experience a bit of magic and joy in what has been another truly challenging year. We would like to thank our customers for their ongoing support, and we hope that you understand the reasons behind our pricing.
My oldest child doesn’t believe in Santa
do I need to pay for them too?
Elder children accompanying a paying child are welcome to come free of charge, however they cannot receive a gift unless a Ticket for all children has been purchased.
What gift will my child receive
After seeing Santa you and your child will be take by one of the elves in to the toy room where they can select there own gift from the ones on the shelving. We have carefully selected gifts from Our suppliers for both boys and girls and all age groups, We choose gifts especially for the children based on the likes and dislikes we get from feedback in previous years. That said we know that we can’t be certain what your child will like, so please feel free to take your gift to the Grotto desk where our elves will happily exchange it for you.
Please note the gift cannot be exchanged once you have left the store or once the seal has been broken.
Will my child get a photograph
We don't do photograph in the grotto but you are more then welcome to take your own photos of your child with Santa or even the elves.
If you would like a family photo then just ask one of the elves on duty and they will happily take the photos of you and your family.
