Our terms and conditions are for the sale of goods online and instore and tells you information about us and the legal terms and conditions (Terms) which we use when you visit Hampsons Plantworld or selling any of the items (items) listed on our website or in store (Our Store) to you.
These terms will apply to the contract between us for the sale of the items to you (Contract). Please read these terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any items on our site. Please note that before placing your order, you will be asked to agree to these terms by ticking an appropriate box.
Please not we may revise our Terms from time to time and the terms in force on a particular order will be the terms that are in force at that time.

All items on our site/social media or instore are subject to availability. If items are not available we will contact you by phone or email if you can not be reach by phone, as soon as possible and arrange a refund or replacement of a similar item.
Please not that images on our site/instore or social media are for illustration purpose only. although we make every effort to display correct colour photos we can not guarantee how your computer/phone of tablet displays the colours of the products. therefore there may be a slight colour variation in the items you may receive.
How the contract will be made
We have made every effort in the order process to check for any errors before submitting your order. please take every effort to check and make sure your order is right before submitting payment.
Ordering flowers online
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop online, and add any bouquets or arrangements that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Checkout' button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept any debit of credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own local currency.
You may send and pay for flowers over the phone by calling us.
Orders that are cancelled online or via the phone are subject to a cancellation fee.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when payment has been processed. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule Orders received before 2pm Monday to Sunday UK time for UK delivery will be delivered on the same day if required.
Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that day (note must be received before same day cut off time shown above).
Orders placed to be delivered on a public holiday will be delivered the next working day. Online deliveries can only be in the UK. To send flowers overseas please telephone.
No timed deliveries - except for funeral tributes and weddings.
Please telephone if you have an emergency order.
If you require specific flowers please telephone at least 48 hours before delivery is required.
Orders are delivered ONCE. If the recipient is not home the flowers/plant are returned to the shop and a delivery note is left informing them that flowers/plant have tried to be delivered and to collect from the shop.
If a neighbour is home we will try and leave the flowers/plant with them providing they are willing to take responsibility for the delivery.
If the recipient is physically unable to collect their flowers/plant a new delivery date will be arranged with the recipient at Hampsons Flower World earliest convenience.
Hampsons Flowerworld are not responsible for theft or damage of flowers, plants or sundries if left.
We take care of our flowers and ensure freshness and quality at all times.
Tax Charges Orders are inclusive of 20% VAT
Credit Card Security. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 256 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

Returns & Refunds
We understand from time to time there may be a reason to return or exchange goods. In order to return goods they must be in original packaging with all the parts present and resaleable condition with a valid receipt/conformation email with the reference number.
Faulty goods are to be tested and a exchange or refund can be made made back to the original way of purchase ie same bank card as used to make the purchase.
Please note our terms and conditions may be revised at any time and the particular purchase will come under those terms and conditions.

Hampsons Plantworld is private property and you must seek consent to film or do photography any where instore with intention to publish an any public platform.
Permission to film in store must be sought after in writing before any filming is done and consent of any customers or staff agreeing to appear before the content is published.
Photography of any livestock in the pet shop is strictly forbidden.
